July 1st saw
the first quadruple project Graduation ceremony.
Traditionally the graduation has been for the Edinburgh Women’s
Training and SummIT courses. This year Nisus Scotland was delighted
to have trainees from its other two free courses, FlexIT and Skilltech.
The event, hosted in the City Chambers, was opened by long term
supporter of the charity, the Right Honourable Lesley Hinds,
Lord
Provost and Lord Lieutenant of Edinburgh.
Sir Tom Farmer presented certificates to graduating trainees.
As a local Leither and self-made businessman he has supported
individuals working hard to change their lives and he empathised
with the achievement of the successful trainees.
