Positive
Outcomes for FlexIT Students
FlexIT
provides IT and personal development training for adults
with a disability or health concern. The project started
in July 2000 and has so far provided training to over 100
students.
The current
FlexIT course concluded at the end of June. The end of course
outcomes were extremely positive with 28 students entering
employment, 17 students accessing further training options
and 48 students achieving a qualification.
FlexIT
has secured new funding from the Community Fund and European
Social Fund which will enable the course to continue until
2006. |
